End-User License Agreement

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using any applications ("Apps") operated by Unicorn Games LLC ("us," "we," or "our").

By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Unicorn Games LLC. It governs your use of the Apps made available to you by Unicorn Games LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Apps provided by Unicorn Games LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.

2. Permissions We Use

To provide the best experience, our Apps request certain permissions. Here's why:

• Internet: Allows the app to connect to our servers and enable essential features.
• Notifications: Keeps you informed when you receive a message or app update.
• Camera: Lets you take photos or videos within the app to share with friends and family.
• Storage: Enables saving and sharing of files, such as photos and videos.
• Location: Helps us suggest friends or features based on your area.

We only ask for these permissions to improve your experience. Your data is handled with care.

3. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Apps.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Apps.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by us or the licensors of the Apps.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved and retained by Unicorn Games LLC or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers.

6. In-App Purchases

Our Apps may include in-app purchases that can be bought with real money. You are responsible for managing your in-app purchases.

7. Subscriptions

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Unicorn Games LLC cancels it.

8. No Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unicorn Games LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Amendments to this Agreement

Unicorn Games LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

11. Governing Law

The laws of Nebraska, United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Apps.
